The Premier Surgical Recovery Story

The care we wished already existed in St. Louis.

Premier Surgical Recovery is a team of registered nurses who come to you, bringing real clinical care and a calm, private presence to the first days after plastic surgery.

Most patients leave surgery with a pamphlet. We believe the first days of recovery deserve a nurse.

We built the care we would want for our own loved ones: steady hands, expert guidance, and compassion through the vulnerable hours after surgery. Post-op recovery deserves more than instructions; it deserves exceptional care

The founder

Meet Erin Silverstein.

I have spent years at the bedside providing skilled nursing care during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, but I saw a missing piece in the surgical journey – the need for expert, personalized support after patients returned home to recover. I kept coming back to the same thought: this is the part of the surgical experience we should get right.

Premier Surgical Recovery was created to provide a seamless bridge between surgical care and recovery at home. We believe healing deserves more than a set of discharge instructions – it deserves skilled clinical oversight, personalized attention, and the reassurance of having an experienced nurse guiding you every step of the way.

Through concierge nursing care, we provide individualized support tailored to your recovery journey. From coordinating your transition home and reinforcing your surgeon’s plan to monitoring your progress and communicating with your surgical team, we ensure you receive exceptional care when it matters most.

I personally oversee each patient’s plan of care and have built a trusted team of nurses who share the same commitment to compassionate, professional, and discreet recovery support.

What we do

Why Patients choose Premier

Recovery is personal. These are our promises behind every visit.

01.

Elevated Care

The standard of a private nurse, delivered with the discretion and polish of a concierge. Nothing about your recovery should feel clinical or rushed.

02.

Compassion

We hold space for how tender this moment is: the impatience, the doubts, the small milestones. We meet all of it with warmth.

03.

Safety

A registered nurse’s trained eye means complications are noticed early and surgeon instructions are followed to the letter. Peace of mind, built in.

Our Nurses

The women at your side.

Every visit is delivered by a licensed nurse, chosen for both skill and warmth.
